Euro patisserie Torbay

Fast and efficient service even though the place is fairly busy, in and out faster than you expect. Bought 3 pies, all have amazing pastries and generous amount of fillings. Steak and cheese is good but not the best I've had, only my opinion.

Pleasantly surprised by the hefty vegetarian pie. Bought cold to heat up at home, it was creamy with a good mix of veges. The pastry was great too. The famed steak and cheese had a nice, rich gravy with good chunks of meat and the right amount of cheese for my preference my partner would've preferred more. Keen to try other flavours now!

Drove out here and got the award winning S&C pie. I was not overwhelmed, where was the cheese? Sopheap mentioned "nice and consistent", well they forgot today or gave me the wrong one. I should have eaten it right there so I could have said something. The crowd was not too bad, only waited a few minutes in line. If you like rich gravy, this is the pie for you. The pastry was definitely better than most for sure. Images attached are the award winner and my pie.

Fantastic pies! Super friendly staff as well. I found their prices very fair, just a tad above a normal bakery. They don't charge "gourmet" prices like some cafes around Auckland do. I'm not too bothered with the "is it the best pie ever?" question though. It is as good as a bakery pie can be to me. Strong tall poppy syndrome vibes in some of the reviews here.

The Steak n Cheese pie was the best. Potato top wasn't that great, I've had cheaper and more delicious ones in South Auckland. I only enjoyed half the bacon n egg pie, the other half was lacking flavour and dry. Wouldn't go back though.

I got there bronze winning bacon & egg. However I wish that bakeries would write "Bacon, Egg & Cheese" than I'd know not to buy it. Overall some parts were delicious but I won't be going back any time soon

How is it best pie no clue People lost taste or what? It has so much gravy and rarely any meat. Even the steak it had too much skin The pastry was nice but otherwise it was fulled with gravy to a point its falling out More gravy less ingredients The bp steak and cheese way better with meat quality

the supreme pie is what brought me here, but I feel like the steak and cheese albeit a very model of a modern major steak and cheese general it wasnt spectacular or 'supreme' but who am I. that kransky though was supreme af and I came back for it after a trip to the beach cos that kranskussy was bussa bussa

Probably one of if not the best Mince and Cheese Pies I have eaten. Great cheese to mince ratio, pastry was amazing and the team were great. Only downside was no Coke beverages were offered in store and had to walk to shop near by.

While having treatments done on my back by Roger's Health in Torbay, I asked him about lunch, he never hesitated and recommended Euro Patisserie, he was definitely right, the best pies ever, I'm definitely coming back again
