We͏ always felt a Priority: Nick was patient & really committed to supporting us in our journey of selling our house. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to achieve us the best results possible. Nick could share in a joke or two, while still being professional and knowledgeable. Nick also went the extra mile to support us to purchase our new dream home, working with different agents to get the best for us. We would highly recommend Nick and the Harcourts Gold Team. They are a calming influence at auction and very personable. I am not sure why you would choose anyone else really.
I found Catherine to be a Brilliant Agent. She had great attention to detail gave me prompt, honest helpful feedback. Helped with getting the property ready for sale and negotiated a great price. She was also great to purchase through. So 2 very positive transactions. I highly recommend Catherine.
First͏ Class Experience Our dealings with Lydia were as a buyer and our experience with Lydia was first class. She was obviously doing her job for her vendor, but she seemed to genuinely care about our situation as well and was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and worked hard to find a good outcome for everyone. We would happily work with Lydia again as either a buyer or seller and would recommend her to others.
Ash and Shar’s service was second to none. Their knowledge and expertise allowed us to sell our house in a challenging market and not only that, they helped us find a beautiful new family home. They are professional at all times but provide a personal, friendly service that makes the experience a pleasure. We cannot recommend them highly enough and we will be sure to use their services again in the future.
Fantastic͏ Communication Right from the start Hayden’s communication was excellent. He was super efficient with emails, telephone calls and was always accommodating if we wanted to chat face to face or see the property again. If we had any questions he would find the answers in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Hayden!
Excellent͏ and genuine service Mia was fantastic! Very responsive to messages, flexible to help with viewing/inspecting and arranging documents. She was always friendly and took care of every question I had. She made the whole process easy and if I’m buying a house in the future, I hope Mia is the selling agent.
Smooth͏ and easy process Louis made the whole process very smooth and easy, was always available when I needed anything and got things done quickly and efficiently. His market knowledge made it easy to find something in my price range that ticked all the boxes. Would highly recommend him.
5͏ Star services Lu and Michelle are very helpful to create a strategic sales plan, and good communicators to work through sales between the purchaser and us. They have a good sense of the market, and a broad network, this is what we need for both sales and purchases. We have a great deal and all parties are happy. I will definitely recommend Lu for home sales and purchases.

With our work to get it ready and his incredible expertise, strategy, and team, the combination was fire. Anthony knows the market, follows each lead, is supportive of every potential buyer, without being pushy, and takes the time to get to know them. He spends the time needed on your sale and the results speak for themselves. There was constant communication and expectations were managed well with both us and each potential buyer. Anthony is without a doubt the person you should contact whether you are looking to buy or sell. Of all the agents I've ever dealt with he has been a breath of fresh air.
