The safe were nice and friendly , the tea was nice but the food eggs Benedict with smoke salmon was a total rip off Will advise everyone never to order it
Coffee is good. But the staff members attitude are poor or borderline terrible. You can be standing there for 5 min waiting to be serve while the chinese girl in the pony tail would be playing on her phone completely ignoring you. The only staff member that was nice is the lady with the short pony tail.
Service was really good, as was the coffee and overall setting. The only letdown perhaps was the creamy mushrooms presentation in a plate that really didn't seem quite right for that particular dish. Otherwise, very good.
Worst breakfast we've ever been served. Creamy mushrooms looked like they'd been cooked in oil with bread floating on top...just hideous. My poached eggs had been cooked in rings and possibly for at least 10 minutes from the state of them. The coffee was rubbish too. Ruined our morning.
6 people in the shop but still really slow service. Supposedly ran out of large cups so bought out 1 in a cup and 1 in a takeaway cup no prior notice
Went today for lunch but they dont do the menu during the week, weekends only.......really! Two of us left and the couple behind did too, they were celiac and couldnt eat the cabinet food. Great way to run a business/franchise
my team and myself often meet at BB's cafe for our daily meetings. often they reserve a quite section in the back for us to have our discussions. So much so, they actually remember our orders when we arrive. the coffee is great! the friendly staff are great! and the food is superb. thanks BB's for being more than accommodating.
Just terrible service. The food never changes and the girl with a pony tail is so rude. Many times while having a catch up with friends she would vacuum around our legs when it came to about 4pm and it is so noisy, the way they slam the crockery around. I'm surprised the mall management have them there.
