Welcome to Apothecare! My name is Erin , I'm a Manawatu-based Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Medical Herbalist, based in friendly Feilding and working primarily via Skype.
My philosophy is simple: To help my clients to be as healthy and happy as they can, through simple lifestyle and diet changes and the use of herbal medicine where necessary. Being healthy doesn't need to be complicated and difficult - often the simplest things have the biggest impact (and are the most fun and easy, too!)
Whilst I'm happy to work with people at any stage of life, my key areas of interest are

I utilise only the very best whole-food supplements, superfoods and high-quality herbal medicines, and combine them with realistic dietary and lifestyle approaches.
I can offer both general naturopathy/herbal medicine, as well as tailored health coaching and pregnancy support packages.
