Story

Kia Ora,

I chose to join the Summit Real Estate team because in my opinion the ethics, passion and commitment to their clients and customers are second to none.
Having served in the New Zealand Defence Force (Army) for a number of years, these values and ethics sit well with me as I have always believed that you treat people as you would want to be treated.
From my time in the Army, I have developed strong negotiation and management skills that allow me to gain positive results for my clients and customers.
Understanding what you want is my focus and my commitment to you is to provide you with accurate up to date market information, good marketing strategies and a clear plan that ensures we get the very best result when selling your property.
More often than not your home is your largest investment and it is likely that you will change the location of your home due to new employment opportunities, family may be up or downsizing or your current property may be getting a little too much to manage. When you decide to make such a move it is really important to take your time and talk with the right salesperson and the right company.
My role is to guide, recommend and support you through this process as it can be a stressful time but more importantly, it is to confirm that you made the right decision in entrusting me with your largest investment which I assure you I do not take lightly.
