Equestrian Hotel

The staff is friendly and eager to help. The lobby and common areas are beautiful and inviting. All spaces, rooms, restrooms, etc are clean and comfortable. Lots of dining options, fabulous wine at Stirrups, and complimentary coffee in the mornings. We were there an extended period of time for a horse show and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the very best experience! We cannot wait to return! They also are prepared for children to be in their spaces and that’s huge for such a luxurious hotel!

From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more welcoming. I was extremely impressed how this hotel is immaculately clean 24/7. The grounds are kept immaculate as well, I noticed staff walking around taking notes on the landscape. Every detail seems to NOT be overlooked. The arenas are perfectly maintained , the pool is spectacular. I look forward to returning fist week in August. What a pleasant place to be!

We had a wonderful weekend at the venue. Lovely room at the Equestrian Hotel overlooking the arena. The staff members were welcoming and extremely polite. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The Yellow Pony was a great place for drinks, lunch or dinner. The food was very good with a few vegetarian options. The pastry shop had delicious croissants and other yummy items for breakfast. Good Starbucks coffee. It was a crowded weekend with several events including a Christmas light show with food vendors and drinks for families wanting to wander around the retail area. The only negative is that the hotel restaurants were really crowded with long wait times. They could use another bar/restaurant like the Yellow Pony and another breakfast option besides Stirrups, which is more of a full service restaurant option.

This is a beautiful hotel. The grounds are very nice. The only reason I cannot give a 5 star rating is the dining situation at this hotel. There are only 2 options in the main hotel building, Stirrups which requires reservations and The Yellow Pony Pub. We did not make reservations for Stirrups as we decided to eat at the Yellow Pony, well due to the lack of options the wait at the Yellow Pony was 1 1/2 hours and half the tables were empty. Then we decided to try to get a reservation at stirrups, nothing available. We ended up having room service, the food was very good but we are very disappointed that we could not dine in a restaurant, also room service was $100 for a burger, 1 beer and a pasta dish. I have no problem paying that kind of money dining in a restaurant but room service not so much. It would have been nice if the hotel would have recommended the dinner reservations in advance to hotel guests so this does not happen. They have two other dining options outside but these are buffet style dining, not what we were looking for. If you are going to stay here and want a nice dining experience I recommend you make a reservation at Stirrups in advance to avoid the headache.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures made me want to stay there but it exceeded all of my expectations. I have stayed in some beautiful hotels but will honestly say have rarely been impressed as much as I was at the equestrian. Highly recommend the arena view rooms. Restaurants Great and the shopping was not over priced and had a nice variety of boutiques. We did not visit the spa during this stay but if it is as nice as the rest of the facility we look forward to it on our next stay.

This hotel has to be my best experience for and equestrian resort. The room was top notch and new. The entry was amazing. The staff was everywhere and it felt like I was a guest at a billion dollar estate. My only complaint is not being able to get to eat at the restaurant because it was booked all 3 nights of my stay which meant I had to leave the resort to eat dinner.

The facility was spotless and every staff member I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel had the feeling of a grand British country estate with cozy areas you could relax in or hang out with friends. Each of their restaurants were uniquely different so your entire party could find something that suited them depending on their tastes. The icing on the cake was the onsite deluxe toy store, which the adults in my group probably enjoyed as much as the children did.

Absolutely an amazing experience from reservations unto departure. I found not one issue and appreciate all the fine details that many other hotels do not have. The entire team was extraordinary and very impressive. I have not one complaint on nothing, by far one of the best stays I ever had! We thank you all.Rooms: 5/5

It was simply a lovely stay. Comfortable, extremely classy, and wonderful customer service. Stirrups was very good for brunch and the Yellow Pony was a very fun and delicious dinner. Rooms are some of the best we've stayed in anywhere. A hidden gem in Ocala!

We did not stay on the hotel, but ate lunch in the pub and walked around. Magnificent does not do this complex justice. The food and service in the pub could not get any better. Money well spent. If you are in the area, indulge yourself!
