Story

More than 20 years of New Zealand research and practical experience have gone into developing our range of products and fertiliser programmes. These are customised to your soil conditions to ensure the best possible outcome. Our fertiliser programmes not only maximise soil and plant nutrition but also optimise animal and consumer health.

Environmental Fertilisers have a wide range of quality products from solid and liquid fertilisers, to microbial inoculants and animal health supplements, formulated on site for NZ’s unique farming conditions.

We specialise in soil fertility programmes based on soil tests and foliar analyses that measure nutrient and mineral reserves in the soil and their plant availability. This comprehensive soil and plant testing ensures that customers get the maximum benefit from their investment in fertilisers while meeting individual budgets and farming needs.

At Environmental Fertilisers we are more than just manufacturers and distributors of biological fertilisers. We help people to change from chemical or synthetic agriculture, that destroys the soil environment, to biological farming (also called sustainable agriculture or eco-agriculture). Biological farming can be seen as nurturing the soil, so minerals are balanced, soil microbes are healthy – feeding your plants. Once you have minerally balanced soils you can stop treating the symptoms of sick unbalanced soils (weeds, insect pests, high vet bills) and be free of the chemical companies that produce synthetic pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
