Chris was outstanding from my initial enquiry through to receiving our Asbestos report. The service and communication we received were excellent, Chris explained the whole process and carried out the inspection and report promptly. I would highly recommend this company if you require any asbestos testing.

Chris did a great job for us checking our house for asbestos containing materials prior to renovation works. He even collected and dropped off our keys at the estate agent we bought the house from as we couldn't go up on the day he came to do the job. We were very worried about the potential of asbestos in some of our ceilings in our new property. We contacted Chris and he was able to come out quickly to do the tests. He gave us lots of advice and reassured us. The test results came back in a few days and he was able to advise us from there. He was also happy to talk to us on the phone about an additional concern and was able to provide us with some useful contacts for dealing with the asbestos. Chris is a very professional and friendly guy, and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
Chris was very professional, flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. Very prompt answering questions and delivered on everything he said he would. Made obtaining a R&D survey very simple which enabled us to start our project on time. Will use for all future surveys.
I was concerned about the possible presence of artex-asbestos on the ceilings of a property I had just bought. I found this company via reviews elsewhere and I have to say they were entirely correct. Chris was responsive to queries both before and after I had engaged him to do the survey. He offered a cost effective solution to my query and all his communications were very professional, even when contacted unexpectedly by other parties relating to the property. When he did the survey he answered all my questions about potential outcomes and the survey was done very quickly, including showing me where samples had been taken. The results turned up in the stated timeframe and he very helpfully arranged for an amendment to a typo error on the certificate of results. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
