Usually my team and I are greeted with a lovely Chinese lady whenever we have rubbish to dump. She always has the best customer service. Today an Indian female was working the front,on the phone while serving cars. Did not once put the phone down when we arrived or when we left. I almost beeped the horn to get her attention blooodyyyy‍
Great customer service and fair prices. Charging by weight a welcome improvement compared to the old vehicle size. They were hard to find online hence I'm posting them here. I really appreciate the contained indoor setup as it means the waste & odour stays on site.
Shockingly overpriced to drop off recycling or rubbish. Eg. $17 for 2 pieces of cardboard TV packaging.
They charged me $69 for a tiny barbecue that weighs less than 20 kg! When I spoke to the staff member, she brushed it off as “unlucky.” I explained that it had nothing to do with luck, but she insisted it was impossible to get a refund, even if I emailed proof that the barbecue weighs under 20 kg. Terrible, avoid this place at all costs!
Dropped off 130 kgs at a rate of $738/tonne. More than twice the advertised per tonne rate. Considering there is NO extra cost to the company other than producing the invoice, this is PRICE GOUGING. No incentive to get rid of smaller loads. The smaller loads are easier to leave on the side of the road. The WRONG message.nAs for the angry checkout lady....
