Work experience at dump I’ve ever had. I went to dump concrete, I asked them if they had a place to drop concrete for a cheaper price and they said there was so I dumped it there. When I went to pay they said the prices were the same and it cost me $300 for a trailer of concrete as they charged me for general waste and they said sorry we got it wrong and they wouldn’t let me take the concrete back. Scammed!
Cheap and reliable, we go through a lot of rubbish bags but not a lot of them are heavy. Rather than pay per 2 bags, you pay by weight. Makes it easier for my household
It was a little difficult to get to the recycling area it seems alot of people in hamilton have the same idea as me and chose today to do it. The shop is a separate company from the waste disposal envirowaste. Envirowaste staff informed me yellow hiviz for the shop staff and orange hiviz for envirowaste. Recycling was an easy process now time for the rubbish. Around $7 for my two bags staff even assisted me with hand sanitizer which was awesome. Staff at the booth are friendly and made my exit refreshing. Overall, great. Thanks team.
The staff at EnviroNZ Lincoln Street in Hamilton really need to work on their attitude and communication. There’s no clear signage showing where people can walk or where to go, which makes it confusing and unsafe for visitors. A little respect and clear guidance would go a long way in helping the public recycle properly.
Staff need better customer service training. Some are rude and unapproachable, and there are no clear signs to guide where people should go. It’s confusing and unsafe for the public, especially for first-time visitors just trying to recycle properly.
