Enlighten Me ltd

Had 4 weeks of enlightenment treatment and my teeth are nowhere near the “guaranteed” B1 shade. Personally, I don’t see any difference at all in my teeth. I paid £600 for my teeth to be the same colour as before and they are refusing to give me a refund. Dentists try to sell you this service, but I honestly wouldn’t bother. I don’t know how they can advertise a guaranteed shade and not offer a refund or any help when you don’t get to the guaranteed shade. Absolute waste of money and time.

I had some whitening done about 3 years ago and was happy with the results. I use to buy top up seringes and they were £32. Then price changed to £50 and now it's £75 ! All that in less rhan 3 years. My dentist assured me that was enlighten who increased their prices but at that level this is not inflation but total rip off! I won't be buying anymore. The person I talked on the phone seemed completely unconcerned and just said she would pass on the feedback but cannot discuss prices with me. Very disappointing.

Just finished my enlighten treatment provided to me by total dentalcare in folkestone. With the help of shilpa and her dental nurse Emma I was able to obtain a b1 shade. Happy with the results.

This lightens your teeth but doesn’t whiten your teeth . It cost around £600 but I don’t think the results justify the price . The final treatment is done by the dentist who uses the trays and the same gel in the chair . Not sure what difference that makes as it’s exactly the same as doing it at home so again this doesn’t justify the price compared to boutique which is about half the price as enlighten .

Been using Enlighten for over 3 years now as a dentist. It’s definitely the best whitening system on the market!

I had this enlighten treatment not impressed at all and the sensitivity was unbearable, which the dentists said I wouldnt feel any, my teeth are practically the same colour what a waste of money, do not recommend this product at all, I paid 500 pound, which needs to be refunded thanks

Unfortunately i also fell into the hype of 'Enlighten'. After going to the dentist for cleaning i asked the dentist about teeth whitening and which services they offer. She told me the have two services. One which is Lumiwhite slightly cheaper and Enlighten. She said Enlighten guarantee a B1 shade. Excited i then chose Enlighten. They took pictures of my teeth for my moulds and sent me away for two weeks. I then returned to collect my teeth moulds and the solutions you use for 2 weeks before the final in chair visit. After using the 10% gel for 7 nights i noticed some whitening towards the bottom of the tooth but not much/if any difference towards the gums. I then used the stronger gel at 16% for a further 7 nights. I did feel some sensitivity but nothing overwhelming. To be honest at the end of the two weeks there wasn't that much difference and nowhere close to a b1 shade. I then went for my in chair session with my moulds and had two 30 min sessions roughly 30mins. After the dentist shines a light into your mouth and asks your opinion. The teeth were slightly whiter but again nowhere near a b1 which was guaranteed. Also towards the gums there hasn't been that much of a change. I wouldn't recommend this treatment based on the fact that the website guarantees a b1 shade and clearly that is not the case with everyone. Epic fail.

I recently had my teeth “whitened” using this product, it involved 3 trips to dentist and 14 nights of wearing the teeth moulds with the gel in. Other than the effort involved the entire process never came cheap. If I’m honest I will say I am really disappointed, as I hardly noticed any improvement in my teeth. The stains and discolouration are still there. To add insult to injury my teeth have been sensitive and sore for 3 weeks! I know other people who ordered much cheaper alternatives on the internet and have achieved much better results then mine. I would not recommend this product to any one!

Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my experience with enlighten. Me and my fiance both wanted our teeth whitened for our upcoming wedding and the results are underwhelming to say the least. Our teeth are slightly whiter and as mentioned below, under the dentist light the results look much better than what you and others will see in day to day life. We decided to go with enlighten rather than a cheaper option as it is guaranteed and promises 'exceptional whitening results' and claimed 'all teeth will whiten dramatically'. However after our treatment no one has realised we have had the work done, hardly the dramatic improvement promised. If we could have seen/known the results prior to the treatment we wouldn't have gone ahead with it.

Have been an Enlighten Regional Centre of Excellence for around 10 years now. Amazing service and amazing results every time. Always happy to help. Would highly reccomend this company if you're a dentist looking to offer premium whitening, or if you're a patient looking for the best whitening system.
