Amazing! Amazing customer service first of all - they stayed open past their closing time in order to fit me in as I was in a lot of pain. This was the second time I have visited Energy, and I had the same masseuse as the first time. She knew exactly what to do, and really helped me with my pain. I had a mixture of deep tissue massage and acupuncture focusing on my back. The next day my pain had reduced by at least half both times. I will be revisiting again shortly in order to deal with all of my back issues - I train a lot and need to get regular massages for recovery and to prevent injury. But would also recommend to anyone with any sort of issues! Thank you
Helen is brilliant, every time I’ve been for acupuncture and massage I leave feeling absolutely amazing and floating out the door. Very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend the massage.
My experiences at Energy is always wonderful in terms of care, treatment and welbeing. Shelley and Helen specifically work to eac client's need. They ask questions to discover the source of the problem before delivering the individual treatment. Its a full service with very caring and experienced staff who make you feel very well looked after. Even the beauty treatments are always a treat. I love this place.

One place to keep on your self care list. A treatment can be half an hour or an hour. Mix a half hour massage with a half hour acupuncture and find that your tuned up and relaxed ready for life to bring you joy! Be well be happy and find Energy

This is the best acupuncture and massage in London. The therapist is so brilliant, always knowing the exact treatment that’s needed for a specific condition. I recommend this wholeheartedly!
