Such a lovely spot, the top deck is for drinks, there was a gentleman stood at the door as you walk into the boat to direct you if you are going to the restaurant or doing the museum tour. The restaurant was down a flight of stairs. The food was delicious, honestly the best meal we had the entire week! Such friendly staff, and a really beautifully decorated boat restaurant. I love it!

Great way to learn about Captain Cook and his Endeavour voyage to Australia/NZ. Would be good if staff dressed in costume to give true experience. From outside it's difficult to tell it's an attraction and not just a restaurant/bar

Jake welcomed us at the bar on entrance. Was very kowledgable and keen to ensure our visit was special. Advised us well on the menu. Food fab and plenty of nice drinks available. Avoid! Seems to be a mash up of the reviews for the restaurant and museum experience. If going for the experience give it a miss. Very very unfriendly staff and dire exhibition. Considering it is one of the most noticeable attractions in the town's harbour it really lets the side down and leaves a bad taste. Definitely do not recommend!

Brilliant! Go, have a beer in the evening on the top deck and watch the hundreds of starlings lin the rigging, they're entertaining and worth the price of a pint all on their own. Jake and Aaron are fantastic behind the bar, I didn't eat but people I spoke to said the food was wonderful.

Ventured aboard for the food experience, ordered A full English breakfast and some coffee. Service was very good both at entrance and when seated, very nice cool interior and very clean including the toilets. The standard of the breakfast was very high, the sausage and bacon both very tasty and not of the cheap variety, overall a great experience and would go again.

Great place to visit. New management. Drinks reasonable priced and dog friendly . Definitely worth a visit.

Nice place for something to eat and a little bit of history, you can have a walk around the ship listening to the history and getting some good pictures then you can have some lunch we had scampi obviously which was very nice with homemade chips, the staff were very friendly and it wasn't overly priced for a popular tourist area. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Was really looking forward to this as such a unique experience. Took over an hour for food to arrive despite being relatively quiet. To be fair, 2 of the 3 meals were very nice - but the 3rd beef burger was not cooked all the way through. Had it sent back, only for it to be returned after apparently being cooked for longer staff told us that it was the way they always cook their burgers. Burger arrived still not cooked through, and not a single word from the staff as they put the plate down. Had to ask for a refund for the burger, as this was not forthcoming. Just not a very nice place overall - I would avoid it if I were you.
