I have been working with Nicole since the summer of 2021, where she has worked with me to overcome lots of difficulties that have prevented me from being my truest self. From being in a rut of deep depression and crippling anxiety for many years, I have had my share of therapists, medication and self help books none of which combined have helped me to the extent that Nicole has in less that a year! Book your session and you’ll see she’s LEGIT..from our first session I knew right away she was going to be a great fit for working with me, if you want to make these changes you can, and Nicole will definitely help make that journey just that bit easier. I also love the incorporation of mindfulness into her practice it’s definitely a breath of fresh air. Thank you x100. Amber x
Nicole was fantastic! I contacted Nicole as I had some sleeping issues and she went out of her way to help. We had a couple of sessions which help me to feel more relax, thus; I started to sleep better. In addition, she prepared a recording tailored for me needs, which is now my new sleeping aid. It is short so it does not required too much time but it is so powerful that most of the times I am sleeping before the end of if. Nicole as a beautiful soothing voice and she is a great listener. I highly recommend her.
Nicole was fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable throughout this new experience and having had only 3 sessions with her greatly helped me overcome past difficult experiences and helped me get my fighting spirit and hidden self confidence back and put me back on a healthy path. She taught me valuable techniques that I can revisit in my own time, if I ever felt the need. Highly recommend her.
