Very good Induction. Lex the person who registered me, was extremely helpful and friendly, and she covered all aspects of my gym membership. With regard to the gym itself fantastic range of equipment. Really enjoying it!.
The best gym in town! So much to offer. Main gym, women's gym, weights circuit, les Mills classes and a friendly team of staff and members.
During our holiday we've spent two days in Taupo. Usually we do crossfit and fitness. We wanted to have a good workout on our holiday. We loved the place, it was clean and relaxed, all of the equipment we needed was there and we could shower after our workout nice feature if you're staying in a campervan like us. Would go back again!
I was a member ,age 65..at Waikato sports.Taupo Where I started this journey.2019 before joining I was weighing105ks..nI knew I needed to do something..so started walkn an a proper diet.n got to 97ks ..then I joined Waikato sports..2019..nmy weight loss down to 81ks in 2yrs..walkn 40 mns each morning helped.a good diet....I had great support there.N family support too. but they closed down..So Stepping into here has been a great experience,my third year comn up in June.this year ,Meeting up with great support here and a friendly atmosphere..coming here most mornings. Learning how to use most equipment here.. n most to my advantage..an meeting beautiful people ..having same health problems..as me..Not easi for someone my/our age ..lol ..an with other. commitments at home ,,.but with a plan in place ..n all the support behind me ..nhas been a great advantage to achieving my goals to a happier /bettr n healthier life.weight is 86.95ks.today..setting goal at 81ks ..slowly but surely nMust admit falln off couple times..but back on with the support of Empower fitness support thankyou...Nan.
Awesome gym, awesome staff! So welcoming and friendly, remembers their regulars. The classes are my favourite, as they are nice and challenging, and very motivating instructors. This is the longest time I've ever stuck to a gym membership. Way to go Empower!
