Such a great gym! Has everything you need, the people are friendly and the staff are absolute super stars. Especially Lex, she inducted me and help me with everything to get me going on my health & wellness journey. She’s been sooo helpful, supportive and is just all round an amazing chick.
Absolutely friendly and welcoming gym. I recently signed up and although I had never been to a gym in my entire life the atmosphere, staff and other members of the gym are so welcoming and friendly. Lex took me through my induction and was very informative and also reached out recently to see if I was doing okay and needed help with anything at the gym. There is a ladies only area, a creche for us mums and loads of classes you can par take in. Very glad I joined.
My favourite little gym outside of our home town. It's my go-to for training when we're local. Quiet, good range of equipment and friendly staff. Thanks team!
Very good Induction. Lex the person who registered me, was extremely helpful and friendly, and she covered all aspects of my gym membership. With regard to the gym itself fantastic range of equipment. Really enjoying it!.
Excellent customer service with friendly caring team members, Personal trainers are also great, I had wonderful results both times I have engaged with a personal Trainer, wide range of equipment and all staff are very knowledgeable and supportive...
