Local connections mean so much in real estate, making Emma Lups perfectly positioned for success. Several years working within and managing childcare centres has introduced Emma to the families of the Waktipu and given her a real passion for helping them into new homes.

Specialising in first time buyers, Emma’s previous experience in owning investment properties also stands her in good stead when working with investors. Understanding the priorities of investing combined with an eye for long-term gains means Emma’s the go-to person when looking at maximum returns with minimum stress. Communication and honesty are Emma’s focus, offering her clients a promise that they’ll always know exactly what’s happening in the sale and purchase process.

A Christchurch native, Emma and Air Traffic Controller husband Paul moved to Queenstown and never looked back. Proud owners of a brand new home in popular Shotover Country, they’re embracing everything that life in the Southern Lakes has to offer.
