I am a Personal Trainer located in the Tawa/Porirua area with a BHlthSc (SptEx) and PGDipExSc and over 8 years industry experience.
My name is Emily Piper and I currently work as a self-employed Personal Trainer doing in-home and gym-based (at Revolve Fitness, Tawa) personal training sessions.
I have been in the fitness and health industry for over 8 years now as a Group Fitness Instructor and then began Personal Training about 4 years ago. I have loved the opportunities this have given me in meeting so many lovely, determined people and more so seeing these individuals achieving their goals through hard work and dedication.
I have received my Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Exercise Science through Massey University in Wellington, and I am grateful for the knowledge and experience.
