I would hands down absolutely recommend Embrace. Their level of knowledge and professionalism is fantastic. Paula puts you at ease and does not rush the appointments. I have purchased bras from Embrace and recently have needed to find a wig and Embrace was my first thought for a fitting. Embrace/Paula has given me back my confidence.

Lovely boutique, has a great range of underwear and for all ages too! Not to mention the wonderful staff, they are so friendly and supportive. Great independent shop in Worcester!

Fantastic service, never in my life had bra's that fitted so well, I have and will continue to recommend Embrace to all my family and friends. Going back for more myself too wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Embrace was recommended to me nearly 9 years ago by my breast surgeon, following my double mastectomy. The service I have received over the years from Paula and Lisa has been exceptional, whenever I see them it’s like catching up with old friends, I always feel completely at ease in this little gem of a shop. Their product knowledge is amazing and they can tell what size bra I need, just by sight. Their bras are absolutely gorgeous and fantastic quality, they last forever and there’s always a really good selection in stock. I’ve ever never had a single problem with anything I’ve purchased from Embrace, quite the opposite, in fact I’ve never purchased a bra from anywhere else since 2013 and I have no intention of doing so either. I cannot recommend Embrace highly enough.

The service I got at Embrace Boutique for a bra fitting and advice regarding post surgery requirements was excellent. I felt comfortable and secure throughout the professional session. This made me feel that I could ask anything and I came away delighted and confident with my items.

Went for a wig fitting. Because of Covid, procedures have been put in place to make the whole experience as easy going as possible and to know what to expect. The lady I saw was so helpful and she understood deciding what wig you're going to have is a big decision. Can't thank her enough for her time and patience shown to me this afternoon. Highly recommend.

A tale of woe. Lesson to read the small print. My wife's recently undergone neurosurgery and subsequently been on regime of different medication which has caused accelerated hair loss. A friend recommended us to Embrace Boutique as being a local shop that sold wigs. On Wednesday 16th June we made a wig purchase along with a special care kit. The till receipt for a total of £141.67 being stapled inside a folded card which clearly states "We regret that we do not REFUND returned goods or cancelled orders. If you change your mind about your purchase please return the unused goods to us within 14 days of the original purchase, with the with the original & we will offer you an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. It then States "We regret we cannot exchange or credit opened hosiery, swimwear which has had the hygene strip removed, items which have been worn . Please note that SALE Items & WIGS are also NON returnable. This does not affect your usual consumer rights. My wife who is physically incapacitated at present sent me on a mission to the shop today Tue 29th June to exchange her unworn wig for a different colour which we would have originally bought had it been in stock at the time, however we didn't change the order at the same time as the colour swatch presented to us was not Ella colour 88H but a more dark and much more glossier material. I tried to rectify this today, my wife having being unaware of the paragraph above. I rocked up at the shop only to find out that the goods were non- returnable once they had left the shop premises. This didn't end well, me having just discovered the company policy and promising to post them a poor review. As I left the shop I was told by the irate shopkeeper not to come back. I agreed I wouldn't. Awarded my first 2 star review for annoying me so much.

Great customer service - attentive, patient, helpful, no hard sell. Lovely products too. Will happily return.

Fantastic lingerie shop with interesting range and different brands from the norm. Great customer service too. My Anita active sports bra is the best sports bra I have ever had. No bounce when running!
