Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Wellington (주뉴질랜드대사관)

Especially one lady employee who was very kind helped me a lot! I know all of staff work hard and fast! The process to get my documents was faster than I thought Wanna say thank you again!

Although I went in without an appointment they were kind enough to accommodate me. The security personnel greets you kindly and it wasn’t too crowded around midday. The staff are very efficient and capable. It was a very pleasant experience.

The "self-clamed Korean" security guard is so friendly and welcoming! The best security guard ever !! The ladies behind the counters are also very kind and professional :

Bad experience here. Site closed exceptionally without notice in website. Next day, I came at 11am15 and had waited until 12pm, then the officer in the visa section told me to go back later because they close at 12pm. I said sorry could you please just take my documents cause I have to work and I can't go back, he turned his back at me without a word. It was rude.

I have no idea why some people say staffs are impolite. After reading such a review, I got a little nervous before visiting. However, every time I visit this embassy, I am touched by the professionalism and kindness of the staff here.

The doorman is very nice and helpful. He makes you feel welcome at the embassy. The service inside is efficient, just like being in Korea. My only issue is that they don't always reply to emails or phone calls, so the best option is to go there in person. They are happy to help when you are there though.

I really appreciated your kindness!, it was very difficult for me to visit the embassy from where i live,, certainly taking more than 5hours i went there with my baby and i had a hassle with all document and baby started crying omg it was nightmare but the woman helped me was very accommodating and thanks to her, she helped me to revise my paper several times thru phone and email. i'm happy that i see these nice people in aboard and thank you guys all in the embassy even the guard was nice speaking korean to escort people. Thank you!

I completely forgot to book an appointment online and the security guard helped me set up an appointment on the spot and helped me. All the staff was kind and very efficient and helped me a lot. Thank you for this wonderful hospitality !
