Kudos to the Embassy of the Philippines staff for a topnotch service! My appointment time was 11am, there weren’t many clients so I got accomodated just after 10:30am & it was a breeze! nIn just 30 minutes:n oath takingn passport renewaln voter registrationnI was on my own & one of the employees kindly took photos of my oath taking. Very much appreciated.
Shocking service here. They don’t even deserve one star. Why bother have a phone line if it just continues to ring. Why bother have an email if you don’t answer. Staff here are rude and on a power trip. It’s as if they purposely try to make your life difficult. They need to be kept accountable to someone higher for their appalling services or more rather lack of. I just don’t understand how they can treat their own kabayan so poorly. Really odd stuff.
Went there before our appointed time and they catered us kindly with warm smiles. It took less than 30 minutes. Everything went smooth! Kudos, PE Wellington. Merry Christmas!
Hi. i hope this message will get sent through to most appropriate person handling VISA APPLICATIONS to the Philippines. My mate and i will be flying out of NZ to the Philippines round 1st half of February 2024. My mate had submitted all required documents. His NZ Passport had been at your consulate close to about a month now. We've been trying to get in contact via your landline for almost 2weeks now since New Year. Sadly & very frustratingly ... the phone just keeps ringing and NO ANSWER. We've tried sending emails as well but same unpleasant experience. We already have roundtrip tickets to and from NZ but we are already feeling quite uneasy that there is no clear response using any form of communication from this Consulate. Appreciate very much if you could help us with this concerns. Many thanks in anticipation. Joe
