The staff here went above and beyond to help me when I had a very changing situation regarding a visa. They were quick to respond and very helpful. I’m so grateful for their compassion and professionalism. Fantastic service.
Chile is an amazing country and the embassy reflects that
I’ve had a horrible experience with the staff working for the embassy, late, rude, obviously not enjoying their job, no customer service whatsoever. Seems like they didn’t learn anything living in this beautiful country. I hope they can improve but seems unlikely as a friend has been trying to book a time to renew her passport and they don’t even answer the calls.
Fantastic service. Special Gabriel.
Great service!!
Very grateful to the Consulate staff. They helped me with a specific procedure very quickly and efficiently and better than expected. The in-person attention was punctual and friendly. Good treatment and support is valued while being far from our country.
They are open until approximately 12 by appointment after that time the elevator is blocked. Floor 4
Very grateful for the good will of the officials, especially Víctor who was excellent in helping me with my passport and I.D. a 10/10, thank you very much!
Everything good and fast. The only big problem is that you have to make an appointment 1 or 2 months in advance. Otherwise, a very good service.
You need to make an appointment in advance, but they have a wide variety of hours and days. I recommend that if you come from Picton on the ferry you first check the weather because sometimes the ferry can be canceled due to storms and you may miss the appointment. The service is very good, it does not take more than half an hour to obtain the passport and the identity card, Natalia, the girl who works in the office is very friendly and pleasant, they send the passport directly to your home once it arrives at the Embassy in Wellington . The passport takes between 3 to 6 weeks to be ready. There is a small Chilean food place "Puro Chile" two blocks above the embassy Highly recommended ! Thank you so much
