Emandee are very good to work with and I cannot recommend them enough!nnThey are efficient, reasonably priced and transparent. Their workmanship is quality, and above all they are fantastic communicators which is so valuable when you are building a new home. I would recommend their team to anybody looking to build a new home in the Franklin area. In particular, Karen was so easy to deal with, she is a great communicator, and super helpful, thank you!
Poor build experience. Failed to deliver on the expectations they gave us. Major push back on quality and damage issues. Fair to say I won’t be using Emandee for our future builds.nFeel free to PM me for specifics.
Love their designs. Sales people do not pressure you, they listen to your dreams and desires and work with you to create your peice of paradise
