We held a workshop at The Elms for a group of 16 teachers. The meeting space was great and the food was amazing. It was such great value for money. Attendees were so impressed with their lunch. Thank you so much The Elms team.Service: 5/5

Booked a twin room. Very good size, two extremely comfortable Queen beds. The best part was the air conditioning, an individual system that kept our room wonderfully cool during very hot days. The bathroom was will appointed with shower over bath, that is a bit dated these days but it was clean and in great condition. The room has a smart tv that connects to your own Netflix account but also has a wide range of sky channels. The only problem we had was the tv stopped connecting to the internet. Both the maintenance guy and the general manager tried to get it going again to no avail. It wasn't a major problem, just my son wanted to watch a few things on Netflix. The manager kindly gave us two drink vouchers for this minor inconvenience. The in room wifi was still working fine. In all, a great stay, lovely room and friendly staff. Will be back

Had lunch for daughters birthday on Thurs,very basic but very nice. Daughter got married there 7 yrs ago absolutely fantastic rooms were great then as guest s stayed there as well Excellent night had by allRooms: 4/5
the Hotel was great, all clean, and all the amenities complete, you just bring your own tooth brush

Limited hours of the shuttle unfortunately - the whole reason a hotel markets themselves as a hotel in proximity to the airport is that they offer this service. I booked knowing they had a shuttle, but our flights were both outside of the 9-5 operating hours. Additionally, we were told the restaurant would be packed on a Monday night and to book a table - but the thing was absolutely empty. Finishings in the room were not up to standard. Shower over a bath is dated and old, as was the fabric shower screen. Oh, and the TV required a complete reboot before it would respond to it's remote.
