Just got passed by a Ellesmere truck & trailer unit that was fully loaded and we were doing 105km… not cool!
Aaron who manages stock trucks out of Dunsandel did not bother to get back to me if they had room on their truck. While waiting for two hours for him to get back to me. It ended with my cattle spending a night at the Temuka sale yards and costing me extra yarding fees. I will be canceling all our accounts and we do not recommend using them.
Shocking company. No integrity. Their driver caused hundreds of dollars of damage to our property and Andy just made excuses and told untruths to avoid taking any responsibility. Untrustworthy and very unprofessional. Do not trust.
Exceptional customer service. We had a container delivered to our property at very short notice and Andy really helped us out getting it sorted so quickly. The entrance was a very tight squeeze and EJ did a fantastic job of navigating the tight space. Happy customers we will definatley be recommending Ellesmere Transport. Thanks to Mark and the team!
