Had a great experience today at Orly Nails. Needed a quick fix on my nails before heading home to Melbourne and received awesome service, a beautiful gel manicure at such a great price. Can see why this place gets so many good reviews - my manicurist used BIAB which is just the best and not found in many places. Will be back next time I’m in town! Love my nails!Services: Manicure
Would never go back to Orly Boutique again. Travelled 45 minutes to get there, booked four months in advance, paid a deposit, turned up on time only for my mum to be turned away after her pedicure because they were unable to complete nail extensions for the manicure in the time they had allocated. Made her pay full price for the service as it was considered a “cancellation” and didn’t even offer any other service to her. They could have completed the other part of the service that she paid for. Nowhere on their website can I find that this would be considered an additional service. Disappointing to support a small business that showed no kindness or consideration.Services: Pedicure
Had my nails done 4 times with BIAB and gel polish. Had issues with cracking lifting and the product turning lumpy over time I have not had this issue since going elsewhere. I emailed on 2 seperate occasions with my issues and the owner refused to accept any fault in the application even though I rang the gel bottle company directly and sent photos, the rep rang me and we had a chat about the issues I was having and she told me she definitely thought there was a fault in the application or that the product had not been cured properly. The owner didn’t want to accept that or figure out what was going on with my nails and instead said to me that she didn’t think orly boutique was right for my nails Lol Very dismissive and unhelpful owner would not recommend.Services: Nail designs

Love the atmosphere. I never hve to sit around nd wait. My appointment time is never compromised. I'm in, nails done, out. I can then just get on with my day. My nail technician Sarah is always helpful with colour recommendations, which helps my decision making so much! I always look forward to my visits there. Thanks Orly Boutique. Stay great.

My nail tech Garyin always does a perfect job & works with an awesome team at Orly Boutique.
Complete professionals and I always walk away with perfect nails that last 3 weeks with no chips. My nails are so thin, I wouldn't trust anyone else in the Hutt to do them as Orly prep them so well. Very happy customer of five years +.
