Best Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu gym on the shore. If you are looking for just fitness or to improve your combat/Self Defence skills I highly recommend you to come visit Greg and the Team ! World class instruction and super friendly atmosphere. They have class for everyone from children to adults, women classes, private classes, fighters classes, fitness etc...Awesome place to train ! Oss!

Good value for money, Greg is a great coach and the team of regulars are a super friendly and talented bunch of guys!
