Elite Property Management

We have rented for 2 and a half years with Elite and cannot fault them for property management. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very supportive to Tenants. When there were some problems with leaks and a faulty part on the boiler they got that sorted, replaced faulty radiators very quickly. Definitely would recommend particularly if you are looking for long=term renting!

If I could give lower than a 1* I would. We live below one of Elites tenants and the last 3 years have made more than a handful of complaints about their tennants including photo evidence only to be ignored more than once. They are absolutely disgusting and unprofessional in every way possible. Having many aquateinces in the letting agent profession I hear that how Elite are acting is the worst ever. After out first complaint they should have written to their remnants but failed to do so. Then emailing me lies basically. I sent a complaint about their remnants only for them to tell me that their tenant was not in but on holiday so I then sent them a photo of my tenant and they soon went back on their statement. I've since made several more complaints from September 2018 only to not receive any emails back. I'm now sending all the emails and lack of responses to my landlord and he can then take it higher. Useless management team and all unprofessional in their roles.

As a private landlord used to managing my own properties I was pleasantly surprised on Elite’s professional and speed in managing my properties, maybe better than I ever did. I would thoroughly recommend any landlord to meet with Iain or Peter at the front of house to discuss their portfolio.

Amazing service, special shout out to Laura Sharpe who was simply brilliant and helped me secure my flat after an incredibly tough time in my life, she has the patience of a saint! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!
