I have seen Kath on a semi regular basis for some time, she has helped so much with movement and re-connection or re-wiring to an existing injury, also with general all over physical benefits of tension and/or stress relief through myofascial release. Kath is a wonderful being with calming light who is truly knowledgeable, in tune, helpful and professional, thank you.
Kath helped me so much during my concussion recovery with her gentle, very skilful approach of bodywork. She released with myofascial unwinding a lot of my tension of the head and neck. Kath was really a big support pillar and I can highly recommend her : THANK YOU ! :
