It was the most beautiful place so peaceful and relaxing definitely going back
+ Very nice track for a good solid hike + Camp sites are pretty good and well maintained - Second day is quite monotonous and can be extremely muddy over long stretches

Loved this walk. I've never seen such magnificent trees. Even the mud was fun. Easy days, nice Hutts, bits of history here and there, hearing kiwis at night and seeing fawns on the lawn. A very cool place.
Very pretty nice spot
Comfortable way to do a great walk. Stunning views, well maintained track. Not so busy as other great walks. Many sand beaches even better as the Golden Bay near Picton. Highly recommended even for a daily trip. Bring enough water and a great sense of romanticism with you. One of many highlights in Aotearoa.
