I had a wonderful experience with EFX. This my first time professionally bleaching my hair. I received good advice in response to my very specific hair design. The health of my hair was a high priority and I am thankful for this. The team worked well together and over a 5 hour session remained positive and enthusiastic. I would like to thank Avani in particular who looked after me from start to finish.

I've had both my best and worst haircuts here. Yesterday was my worst - far more length cut off than I asked and almost all my hair removed during the overly intense thinning process. Won't be returning unfortunately.
