About Regain your fitness | Make friends | Learn new skills & have fun! Story You have the most important job in the world …..being a MUM ! We know that for 99% of the time it is all about the kids , but at Fitmum we just want you to set some time aside for you…..and whats great about our set up is that the kids can come too ! No matter what your age or fitness level, FitMum is the place to regain your fitness, make new friends and meet other mums, de-stress, gain confidence and have fun all at once…..and look great too ! At Fitmum our workouts are based on Crossfit principles , with a different set of exercises each day . We use lots of different equipment and also our own body weight , but don”t expect to find big chunky gym equipment , or mirrors !! Our Trainers understand that our Fitmums are at different stages post pregnancy and will ensure that everyone is doing the exercises safely and at your own pace . We are a diverse set of ladies at all different stages of being a mum . Some of our Fitmums come to 1 class a week and we have others who come up to 4/6 times a week . We are all at different levels of fitness , but that is what is so perfect about Crossfit …..every Mum can work at their own pace with guidance from our Trainers . We are set up under one roof so mums can exercise whilst the kids are looked after and entertained by our inhouse babysitters . It is great for the kids to see you exercise and helps in teaching them valuable lessons about how important it is to look after your body .We are passionate about empowering women and families in our communities. So bring your child or baby along to our child friendly studio. Our class fees also include the babysitting service , so there are no extra childcare costs !! We run a series of classes throughout the week at various times so there will be a class that suits you and your family schedule .We have classes in morning just after school drop off for those with pre-school kids and classes in the afternoon just after school pick up for those with school age children .
