About BOSS Fitness; I want to help you become a higher version of yourself via a lifestyle of correct health, nutrition and fitness goals whilst having fun! Story Welcome to BOSS Fitness! My name is Rosanna Whitworth and I am the owner/qualified Personal Trainer of whom is excited to bring to you all BOSS Fitness has to offer! BOSS Fitness is here to help guide you on your journey to a sustainable fit and healthy lifestyle whilst having a good time too! We offer; BOSSbabes; Friendly, motivational group fitness classes for mothers and children. I have two girls myself and know how hard it is to squeeze in time for exercise. This way you can bring your children along and get fit with other mothers and their children too. A great way to keep healthy and socialise within a fun, safe environment. Lots of extra tips and tricks are offered too to aid your health as a beautiful, deserving mother. BOSSfit; Circuit training/HIIT classes for those that want to mix it up and feel the burn whilst having a good time (all fitness levels). Rev your cardiovascular, strength, speed, agility and metabolic systems with this fun yet challenging class. The exercises are mixed up all of the time to keep your body guessing and stop you from getting bored! Bring a friend or make some new ones in this fun filled sweat session. BOSSfuel; Individualised nutrition plans to make sure your body is receiving the correct nutrition to nourish and sustain you within your lifestyle. A lot of people eat too much or too little and don't realise it. If you aren't eating the correct amount of calories or receiving the right nutrients your body needs it will feel sluggish, fatigued and not perform correctly. There are many other health detriments from incorrect nutrition too. You owe it to yourself to know what to eat to keep your body correctly fueled for your personal lifestyle then you'll see what you really can achieve!
