This property portfolio had previously been managed by a large, Hamilton-based property management company, who were unable to provide the results that a property owner and landlord seeks. The properties were found to be in poor condition, attracted low rent, as well as poor quality tenants. Compounding this, there were ongoing issues with vacancy, which resulted in poor cash-flow.With a focus on performing the necessary repairs and maintenance, as well as undertaking some much-needed renovations, Jeremy was able to increase returns, lower vacancy, and greatly increase tenant quality."
