The Classic Snap is Auckland based family portrait photographer that creates classic and timeless images. We also offer photo prints and wall art frame.

Story
We are all attached to photographs. It's an inherent way of documenting delicate and special moments. There's nothing complicated about having your picture taken. It is a simple and natural interaction with the person who's taking your picture. As long as you're relaxed and having fun, it will show through.

We don't have a secret formula or complicated technique in capturing THAT special moment. It is all about celebrating the moment and living in it. Be assured we will be there to capture it for you; so you can relive your moments in photographs that are elegant and timeless.

Hi, my name is Lloyd. I am the founder and lead photographer for The Classic Snap. We are based in Auckland, right here  in   Middle Earth:  New Zealand. Our main goal is to tell your story with heartfelt images, and capture those special moments and create photographs worth keeping. We all love a story: the drama, the emotion, the details and the scene. No matter what your story is we will creatively document it as it unfolds.

We use digital cameras, but the way we process the images will be film-based; we replicate the film look and feel of every images we deliver to our clients in an authentic photo album.
