Story The owner of the business, Gary Murphy works in the business on a day to day basis with a hands-on role. Gary has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. Being a property investor himself, he has a lot of knowledge and willingly assists both staff and landlord/investors. We employ a specialist Trust Account Administrator to ensure daily reconciliation of all trust account money, overseeing the smooth functioning of payments to landlords. The team is supported by an in-house fully qualified Legal Executive available to assist both staff and landlord clients. New business manager - Our new business manager will be the first person you meet and will help guide you through the investment process. Property Managers - we have 3 full time Property Managers, they are specialists in their fields with a combined experience of over 20 years, you can be 100% assured of a professional management. They actively enforce our rent arrears policy. Letting Manager - Our Letting Manager is the first point of contact for applicants wanting to rent a property from us. This ensures your requirements as an owner are met. When new tenants are needed for your property, the Letting Manager will contact you regarding applicants. Our modern office is located in a high traffic flow area and has its own designated letting window display. Our website is designed for ease of use for both landlord/investor clients and tenants. www.propertylink.co.nz hosts an array of information and forms. Our Property Management team drive late model, signwritten cars supporting the Professionals image that we believe in so strongly.
