"High Country Salmon is a boutique, 100% New Zealand family owned salmon farm situated in the hydro canals of the Mackenzie District. Our glacial mountain salmon are raised in the pristine water that flows from the glaciers of the Southern Alps.We grow, process, sell and dispatch our salmon onsite to ensure the shortest supply chain possible and the freshest fish.Visit our floating cafe and shop for a delicious selection of ready to eat food from the cabinets, or choose a meal from the kitchen.
