About We are an independently owned Before and After School Care and Holiday Programme provider based at Paparoa Street School. Story Kidz Time CHCH Ltd. was established in 1999, originally operating from a residential property in Papanui. After a few moves, we are now based in Room 28 at Paparoa Street School. We pride ourselves on offering a program that is both fun and safe for all our kids. During the After School Care session we offer afternoon tea, homework assistance and plenty of games and crafts to keep the children busy. Our operating hours are 7:30am - 8:30am and 2:45pm - 6:00pm.
