Story

Move well, feel good and enjoy life is our philosophy here at Action Physiotherapy! Be it an accident, a sporting injury, recent surgery or an onset of pain for no apparent reason, our highly skilled clinicians have got you covered. We work in collaboration with you to alleviate your pain,increase your mobility and strength and return you to your normal function.

Action Physiotherapy is a Mckenzie Certified and ACC Accredited clinic. Our skilled physiotherapists offer high quality physical rehabilitation and tailor their treatments to suit YOU. We offer treatment in the form of exercises rehabilitation, manual therapy, acupuncture and massage. Additionally, we provide small group pilates and strengthening classes at our Whitby clinic.

Both Lower Hutt and Whitby clinics are conveniently located with good parking and offer late night appointments to minimise time spent away from work.
