Story
Dane McMillan of Tailored Fitness is a motivated fitness professional, dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, big or small.   By training with Dane, you are guaranteed consistent results as he goes the extra mile for all his clients to ensure you are working towards your goals, in and out of the gym and improving all aspects of your life by getting on top of what is most important.... your health.

After 9 years in the construction industry where he was great at what he did, Dane came to the realisation that he was no longer interested in creating physical environments for people, but instead had a passion for helping people to increase their quality of life, have more confidence and believe in themselves by achieving goals that they never thought possible.

Dane holds a diploma in fitness and business, from the MAX college for fitness professionals, and is registered with REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals).
