REFUNDS

For hygiene purposes, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for any of our jewellery products. This includes earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.

We are able to provide a refund for any handmade products within 30 days from the day of purchase, granted that a proof of purchase is provided.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available worldwide except for the Album exclusive in Philippines.

Shipping within NZ is at a flat rate of $8.00. If you spend more than $50 on our items, shipping will be free.
