Story
As a Real Estate professional in Hawkes Bay and having chosen to work in the residential and  lifestyle areas I am comfortable knowing that I have the knowledge and the experience to assist with the buying and selling process.
Twenty years of owning an orchard, then a further 5 years of services to the industry give me comprehensive practical skills.  Understanding the management of lifestyle blocks is another skill I have, including many years of purchasing and selling livestock.
A change of direction after that saw me renovating houses, being involved in subdivision and building new houses so I understand how surveyors, valuers, architects, councils etc operate.  I also understand how the buying and selling process can be stressful.
For the past seven years I have been selling rural and residential Real Estate, so armed with this wealth of knowledge and the large network of people within the property industry I feel I have a lot to offer both to buyers and sellers.
