About Plant based nutritional coaching & personal training, Low Fat High Carb, Raw Till 4, FullyRaw, Health and well-being, Weight loss, Story Who am I? I’m dedicated to living a FIT and healthy lifestyle, leading by example and i love to share my knowledge with others! I am a mother of three amazing kids so I know the struggles of juggling a busy family life, career & your own health & fitness goals. I have always had a passion for Fitness, Health and wellness, which has brought me to where I am today. I have been in the fitness industry for 6 years as a group fitness instructor, from there in 2013 I completed my Certificate in Personal Training through Fitnation & I am currently in the midst of completing a plant-‐based nutrition course through eCornell. My Goal I believe that to be a great Personal Trainer you must be inspiring, encouraging, knowledgeable and positive that the only possible outcome for your client is success! I educate my clients on exercise, nutrition and positive thinking through my own personal experiences & knowledge. My mission is accomplished when I can let a client go because I have given them the tools that they need to be the masters of their own health & fitness. It is a privilege to be a guide and service to others and I am grateful every day to have such an amazing job! WHAT TO EXPECT My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy lifestyle, in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we’ll work to reach your health & fitness goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food, exercise and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
