About Strength & Conditioning Coach Personal Trainer Former Personal Training Course Educator Story My training philosophy centres around using evidence based training methods, educating my clients and athletes rather than just training them and placing importance on movement quality first and foremost. I take a very personalized, structured, systematic approach to training and believe every inclusion in a training program needs to be easily justifiable. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Sport & Recreation (Sport & Exercise Science) - ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach - Diploma in Advanced Exercise Prescription - Diploma in Sport Management & Exercise Prescription Services (please refer to services page for more detailed information): -Strength and conditioning for individual and team sports -Individual personal training -Small group personal training (maximum of 3 people) Special areas of interest: -Training for athletic performance (competitive and recreational) -Joint friendly training & injury management (training safely around pain, restrictions & previous injuries) -“Functional” strength and hypertrophy training -Powerlifting specific training -Rehabilitation (in conjunction with your physiotherapist) and post-rehabilitation "Precision Fitness is based at ALLFIT Takapuna gym on the North Shore of Auckland.
