Story The In-Home Childcare Company Beliefs, Values and Attitudes At the ‘In-Home Childcare Company’ we believe in children being given the opportunity within their pre-school years to learn within an environment which is safe, fun, age appropriate and un-hurried. We believe in children being given opportunities for exploration within their natural world to increase their understanding of and appreciation for nature and conservation. We believe in children being cared for and educated in a Home environment which allows for planned and spontaneous activities, time for activities to last as long as needed and opportunity for lots of enriched community involvement.
