About At the JKS HBC Shotokan Karate club we operate under the Japan Karate Shoto- Federation (JKS) Shotokan style of Karate. We train with traditional methods to develop and create an effective martial art, emphasizing speed, strength, power "Based in Hibiscus Coast, on the North Shore of Auckland City, we are your local, family oriented and outcome focused Karate Club. We are passionate about teaching Karate to both children and adults, and at the same time, building their self esteem, strength and discipline. With a new motto: “Lifelong Karate-do”, the JKS organisation promotes and expands the art of karate among different ages and social groups, aiming to improve society as a whole"
