About Accredited - Passionate - Certified Level 1 & 2 ZUU Fitness Instructor, specialising in personal, physical & emotional development. Story Hi, here's a few things about me! I'm passionate about people & personal development. My desire is to help individuals develop their personal strengths. To build resilience in an often confusing world of mixed messages & expectations. Tools I use are ZUU, personal experience & knowledge gained from my Psychology Degree. I'm also a trained Youth Worker having worked one-on-one & in group situations with our rangatahi. At one time or another I've been a tutor of adults & youth, a business owner & a woman struggling with her own demons & lack of clarity.
