Story An unique and diverse online fitness and wellbeing facility designed specifically for the rural population of New Zealand. Comprehensive fitness programmes utilising the environment and common objects available in rural locations provide the opportunity for people living in rural communities of New Zealand to enjoy Personal Training and group exercise sessions. The fitness programmes encourage a social and fun aspect to improving the rural population’s health and wellbeing, whilst costing the members a very minimal fee per week. Additionally expertise, motivation and knowledge are provided through informative exercise, nutritional and health articles and resources.
