Hi!  I am Michelle Withers (Shell)  and I am here to facilitate & support your well-being and work with you to feel your very best.

My background is in a variety of complementary therapies & in mental health support.  I tap into a variety of resources including a wide & excellent referral network to provide an overall holistic service.   I aim to give you the very best experience I can and provide a tranquil space in which to reflect & regenerate - a beautiful setting in a cottage garden centrally located.

Hours are flexible Tues to Sat days with a couple of late evenings.  Bookings can be made online via the Book Now feature above or via the website www.reflexable.co.nz
