About A unique & homely cattery & kennels in a peaceful garden/rural setting. Long & short term boarding. Individual & communal rooms. Story Ranzau Retreat Boarding Cattery & Kennels offer unique, quality care for your cats and dogs. Cattery: Country cottage charm in a lovely, peaceful garden setting. We have large floor to ceiling height individual units with several climbing levels with each cats own access to an outdoor play area/deck. We also have a shared/communal area where the cats still have their own smaller unit but are free to go in and out into a shared room and a large outdoor play area/deck. Kennels: We are very unique as we only have a very small number of kennels so it's not overwhelming for your dog. The kennels are large spacious kennels, non adjoining, and a fully fenced play paddock. We offer to take your dog out and about for walks, either around home and to the beach/forests. We can either easily exercise your dog on its own if need be, or with companiable friends. We have a limited number of cattery units & kennels which means plenty of time for individual care, attention & cuddles. Your pets are fed a premium quality dry food or we can feed your pets own diet if you prefer. I used to work as a veterinary nurse so am able to give medications in whatever form; pills, injection, liquids etc and you can rest assured knowing your pet is under a trained eye for their health & wellbeing. Hours are by appointment so is convenient to work in with your travel plans. Current vaccinations and up to date flea & worm treatments are required. We absolutely love taking care of cats & dogs and really enjoy building a bond with each cat and dog over their stays with us.
