About Karen gets Results You take the Holliday Story Karen Holliday has always given 100% effort in every area of her life whether it is as a business owner of two successful local businesses in Motueka or, as a Mum and a sportsperson. Karen's tenacity and dedication always gets the job done. Her drive and motivation to help others get fit and healthier lead her to qualify herself as an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer and to establish and run Studio Gym 275. In 1990 she did Motueka and NZ proud by becoming the first New Zealand Cyclist to win Gold at the World Championships. Following this she was chosen as New Zealand's "Sports Woman Of The Year" and to top it all, awarded the MBE (Member of the British Empire). Karen is still physically active and loves to ride motor bikes and keep fit as well as spending time with her family. Now as a Real Estate Salesperson with over seven years experience, her focus is to continue to help others achieve their goals and dreams. She loves a challenge and will give you professional and a very personalble service.
